NEW POOL CONSTRUCTION
Slusser Pool & Spa has over 40 years experience building and renovating pools. While we offer an innovative approach to what we do, our core service is underpinned by the skill and expertise of the owner, Kenny Slusser, and his dedicated team. We offer a friendly, transparent service and, unlike a lot of other pool companies, every stage of construction is handled internally "In House". You will find comfort in knowing that Kenny Slusser personally oversees all projects and every development stage of each pool. Pools are our passion!
Kenny will visit you personally before he creates the new pool design and produces a free estimate which you will receive within 48 hours of his visit to your home. This consultation will allow you to explain your ideas so that we completely understand what your dream pool should be.
Our construction teams have extensive experience in working on complete swimming pool renovation and restoration projects. Whether through structural, mechanical or cosmetic necessity – or simply to upgrade and give a new lease of life to your residential or commercial swimming pool or spa - Slusser have the technical knowledge, expertise and decades of experience to achieve this. Rest assured, if you choose Slusser, your pool is in the best of hands!

Any great creation begins with a spark of innovation - a new idea! That's exactly where your new or renovated pool begins its life too. Our team will help you to achieve the pool of your dreams and be a wonderful addition or enhancement to your home.
At Slusser, we will be the friendly face that guides you through the entire pool construction or renovation process. You will have an initial pool innovation consultation with our designer who will discuss ideas and show you a range of 3D videos and images of pools and spas. Our designer will work with you to achieve a pool and/or spa design in 3D that meets all your requirements and more! Our equipment expert will also be on hand to discuss the different options and enhancements available.
We know that building a new pool, or renovating an existing one, could seem daunting but that's why we are here to help you by turning it into a memorable and exciting experience. The Slusser team communicates with you at each stage of the design and construction process so that you understand exactly what is happening and when. You'll know what to expect at every stage.
Book a free design consultation. Our designer will visit your home, discuss initial ideas and take photos. You'll be able to see some new pool or renovation project photos to give you an indication of what the finished product could look like. We'll discuss material options and audit your site for access, etc. If you have a property survey on hand, this will speed up the design and estimation process.
The designer will use the site information from the initial consultation to produce some 3D designs and videos. This will be done in partnership with the construction manager. Designs can be adapted until you are completely happy and satisfied. We will then move to the estimation phase.
You will choose materials, including those for the deck and the tiles for the pool or spa which can be viewed and selected at our showroom in Naples. We can include the cost of the cage screening and suitable equipment (including enhancements such as a heater or salt system). The estimate will then be created and discussed with you in person.
All agreed? It's then time to sign the contract. This is the final price for your project, agreed by both you and Slusser. We commence work and submit any permitting paperwork that is required.
New construction pools take approximately 5 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on weather, size and materials. Renovations generally take about 1 week to complete. We take care of any approvals required and complete the permitting. The screen is added.
You will be shown the equipment set and the general functions of the pool will be explained to you. The pool itself goes through a "start up" and handed over to you. We then recommend Grand Slam Pools for all your future pool service needs.
